Plug & Play facilities in GIDC

GIDC has been entrusted with the task for securing orderly establishment and organization of industries by developing industrial estates in the state of Gujarat. GIDC has so far developed over 215 Industrial Estates having land earmarked for industrial purpose, developed with adequate infrastructure essential for industrial developments. GIDC Industrial Estates have infrastructure facilities such as roads, water and drainage infrastructure, gas and power infrastructure, CETPs, streetlights, surveillance equipment at entry gates, air quality monitoring stations, community centres, skill upgradation centres, etc. depending on the requirements. GIDC is also in the process of establishing Special Investment Regions, PCPIR, Industrial areas and large /sector-specific estates in tune with the changing economic and industrial scenario.
